I'm trying to DO WORK at central library and I actually got a sufficient amount done so far. I've noticed that everyone that ends up sitting beside me leaves rather quickly. Maybe I smell... but I don't think that is why though because I just showered before I got here. Whatever I have to leave soon anyways.
Today's shift should be a little more interesting than usual since someone for Sherway will be closing because we are currently lacking in management. I like these night shifts, theres no one in the store to help so we find different things to keep us occupied. Yesterday, we, Raph and I, went into the resume bin and read a bunch of unedited resumes. Some people need to learn how to make these boring lives more flashy and interesting. For example, if you painted people's houses as a job, as a description you should put something like artistically applied paint into walls. I dunno I'm just saying if I were an employer and had to read boring shit like packed pickles into jars I'd be definitely turned off.
I should really keep a count on how people have sat beside me thus far, right now this is person number 5. The first lady that sat beside me was like eating some kinda noodles or something and was sitting there for about 10 minutes before she left, the second person was probably legally blind because every time she looked at her laptop she was but inches from the screen, she was actually there for more than half an hour. The third girl that sat beside me smelt like an overwhelming amount of vanilla and asked me to watch her bag for 10 minutes and left as soon as she came back. The fourth person was some guy and put his stuff on the desk, looked around and dipped. This fellow over here right here looks rather promising, and getting down into his homework. I should really get back to reading since I have shit to do at Square one before I start work.
